When can I receive the videos?
Our turnaround is generally around 3-4 weeks depending on the revision needed. You can expect to receive your first videos within 3-4 weeks after the content creator has received your product. Once it's done they will be delivered straight to your inbox.
Can I approve content creators?
Of course! We’ll share with you which are the content creators that we've selected and it'll need your approval before we ask the selected content creator to shoot the video for your brand.
Is there a min commitment?
We work on a month to month basis. So as long as you're happy with our service, you can continue on the next month :)
